"This is a beautiful resort. The hot springs are very natural and relaxing, and very clean. There is an infinity pool looking out at the volcano. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We in got a lot hiking and activity in the area but also enjoyed the gym at the hotel which is well- equipped."

"We were treated to a nice studio off-site which was incredible. A modern two room cabin style property with a fully equipped kitchen. Everything top modern and there was even an arcade, a record player, Alexa, two tvs, a Nintendo console and a very nice bathroom. It is cold in the mountains and while the two minisplit did not have a heating option, a free standing wood burning oven and blankets were provided. For breakfast there where several hot choices plus delicious yoghurts. The front desk...
