"This hotel has a unique style—exactly what we were expecting and one of the main reasons we chose it. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable, with no unnecessary formalities, yet the overall experience remains high quality.
Cleanliness generally met our expectations. There was some minor dust in certain areas, but given the nature of the building, it would probably require dusting every 5–6 hours to keep everything spotless, which is understandably not feasible."
"Took my daughter for a break from our caring duty for my elderly dad , the hotel was spotless , welcoming and staff were amazing and helpful , we stayed 2 nights and we have stayed in many hotels in Liverpool but I have to say the breakfast was exceptional, so much variety and so fresh , from start to finish it was amazing , we were in a courtyard room and the only small complaint was the excessive noise from either televisions or music past midnight which I did find annoying , overall I would willingly stay again , Thank you . "
