Don’t miss out on this new gem in Hanoi!

All though this is a brand new hotel and it wasn’t 100% finished - it did not disappoint at all! All the staff were super helpful and service oriented, and open about it being newly built. They did their absolute best to accommodate, and I’d definitely stay here again if I ever go back to Hanoi.

I had a wonderful stay at Heritage Hamlong Hotel and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Every single staff member was incredibly accommodating and attentive, making the stay feel comfortable and stress-free from start to finish. The bellboys were always prompt and helpful, the reception team was warm, professional, and efficient, and housekeeping did an excellent job keeping the room spotless. A thoughtful touch that really stood out was how they kindly provided an air purifier in the room upon request. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the bar at the Sora Restaurant deserves a special mention for its great ambiance and excellent service—perfect for relaxing in the evening. The spa services were also excellent and very relaxing, adding an extra layer of comfort to the stay. Laundry service was fast, convenient, and handled with care, which was especially appreciated. Overall, the hospitality here is outstanding. You can really feel that the entire team cares about guest comfort. I would absolutely recommend Heritage Hamlong Hotel and Spa and would love to stay here again.

The team was professional, attentive, and incredibly warm they arranged a smooth $25 USD airport pickup and greeting me with smiles, a welcome drink, and seamless check-in. The hotel is immaculate; new, modern, and tastefully designed. My room was spacious and featured the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Breakfast was outstanding: a mix of traditional Vietnamese and international dishes, including pho, dumplings, oxtail, stewed beef, fried chicken, tropical fruits, vegan options, and fresh pastries. I’m from the Caribbean, live in Italy, and travel often ,this breakfast is a true 10/10. The rooftop pool and bar are stunning, with skyline views and the best staff, very thoughtful, friendly, and professional. My favorite drink, the Long Bein Glow cocktail, was beautifully presented. Truly five-star hospitality with heart I’d return in a heartbeat

The staff were AMAZING! Loved them so much, so kind and helpful and friendly, they were a pleasure to talk to! We were only staying 1 night so we booked a room with no window as it was mostly for sleeping, but they have created this cool "fake window" with a light that looks like daylight and a cool green wall! The hotel was beautiful, great amenities, great breakfast buffet, clean and very cool rooftop pool! Will 100% be staying here next time I come to Hanoi!
