"It’s a good apartment hotel managed by Swiss Garden group. Check in took a lot of time and parking was a hassle, breakfast was below average. Other than that it was a pleasant stay"

"We went as a family of 4. Very good resort. Quiet and serene surrounding. The resort uses natural resources such as solar power for electricity & water from the underground.
Friendly staff and clean room. Suitable for nature lovers, went up nature trail to view sunrise. The kids get to feed the fish, ducks & chickens bring fishing rods for catching fish in the pond in front of the chalet."
"We arrived at the hotel and were turned away by the security guard before we could park and check in. After 3 different conversations with the guard and another hotel receptionist from a nearby hotel, we were eventually directed to a completely different hotel reception down the hill 5 mins drive away, where we were told that we need to use an app to check in, despite us having driven to a different location! This then took a long time to do, the instructions to collect keys were slow to arrive...
"Property is in a quite convenience area close by a few department store in walking distance, staffs are nice rooms are good but giving a few older hotel vibes.
