"A total non entity of a hotel. No lobby or area to relax except for the Executive Floor which was not accessible to most guests. Check in was a mess and took over 15 mins to be served with no water provided. Breakfast was good but very hectic with no personalised service. We were on the 19th floor but Zero sound I insulation to the extent where we could hear traffic on the ground and everything in the corridor. This was awful given KL is often a stop for many people and meant jet lag was worse than expected "

"Best breakfast buffet ever, and we've had a lot of breakfast buffets! The room was a little small, but nice. Easy and quick access to KL sights and shopping. Pool area was nice, and we were able to find two loungers easily at all times we tried."

"Great proximity to the twin towers which was very convenient. Owner came by when we checked in to show us the amenities. Swimming pool was amazing with a fantastic view. Have a washer/dryer was very convenient"
