โรงแรมใกล้ภูเขา Bukit Tabur, กัวลาลัมเปอร์

"Exceeded my expectations...I came from a 5 star resort and was VERY happy! The location was convenient and close to the heart of KL ( maybe a 10 to 15 min grab ride)The sheets and linens were as good as any 5 star resort and SPOTLESSLY CLEAN! The entire staff treated me like a certified VIP! Would definitely recommend and stay again! I had the spiral staircase duplex ...Just FANTASTIC!"

"The room was clean and the communication was clear in helping check in. Close to the MRT and a mall downstairs which makes it very convenient"

"The room was clean and well equipped. Location is good for those who wants to be located near to Gleneagles Hospital. Check in process was okay. What is probably worrying however is the required bank transfer deposit and the need to send ID document to some unknown person which can be easily misused."

The instructions for getting into the apartment was terrible we wasted 30-45mins sorting it out and had to seek help from another resident. Barely spoke english hard to...

The staff claimed they had stopped working with Hotels.com and had asked to be removed, but nothing was done. Worst part? No one contacted me to cancel or warn me. I was left stranded late at night...
