Went to see a concert but had not heard of this casino resort before. That being said I was pleasantly surprised as everything was here and we didn’t have to leave. Played some slots, had dinner, loved the concert. Trip was too short and would have liked to explore more. Will come back for a weekend ...

We only had dinner as our morning flight was too early to enjoy breakfast. Our dinner was tasty, good value for the money and our server was pleasant and efficient.

I did not stay long enough for breakfast but the hotel was an excellent choice. Very impressed with my name on the tv screen for the welcome. The front desk associate was very excellent

I forgot something in the room and the staff had it saved for me and returned it only if I had my ID. Terrific service I’ve been to places where they would’ve said it’s gone you forgot it but 1 Hotel Toronto cares about their clientele

Check in is absolutely confusing but the place is amazing. It’s very clean and the best is softer than regular hotel beds/blankets. I stayed here while visiting my boyfriend as he’s near his work so I am very familiar with the area and I love it

When asking about downtown Milton one male member of staff didn't know anything about it! Found it on our own, it was a lovely walk through a beautiful residential area, took us to Martin's pond and gazebo, a lot of history.Town and food authentic.
