"Stayed at this location for 4 nights, it was a great location conveniently located next to highway. The staff was very friendly, they cleaned the rooms everyday for our family. The bar/restaurant on the ground floor had amazing burgers and the brownie dessert was delicious! The pool was a fair size and my daughter enjoyed using it during our stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel!! "
"Front lobby staff were excellent and very helpful on check-in, but had a rude experience with one front desk staff when asking for a late check-out, think the name was Karen and maybe a manager, who was very rude. She basically said "late check-out you pay" but when I went to the lobby to ask a young staff, she said "no problem take your time". We only checked-out late by about 15 minutes!
Otherwise the stay was comfortable, the room was big and quiet, the heating system worked well as did the WiFi. Parking was free, near a gas station and just off the highway so it was a good location for our transit stop in an 8 hour drive in the winter."
