"BW Halton Hills is one of the best accommodations we have run across in many countries for the purpose of simply finding a great place to stay. We visited Georgetown to see relatives not as tourists. The BW HH is actually a motel in fantastic condition. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. Great hot breakfast room. Staff for breakfast and room cleaning extremely helpful and friendly. I have never before in a Review given a PERFECT score but BE HH gets one from me"
"This property was a huge disappointment and not as described. We were placed in a basement unit despite booking what was advertised as a “premier house.” It’s not suitable for six guests. we were only five and still found it inadequate.
Basic essentials were lacking: just two rolls of toilet paper for six days (the host was arguing with us that there was more even though we have picture proof there was two), towels smelled of mildew, and not enough sheets for the beds we requested. Amenities...
"Front lobby staff were excellent and very helpful on check-in, but had a rude experience with one front desk staff when asking for a late check-out, think the name was Karen and maybe a manager, who was very rude. She basically said "late check-out you pay" but when I went to the lobby to ask a young staff, she said "no problem take your time". We only checked-out late by about 15 minutes!
Otherwise the stay was comfortable, the room was big and quiet, the heating system worked well as did the WiFi. Parking was free, near a gas station and just off the highway so it was a good location for our transit stop in an 8 hour drive in the winter."
