i really enjoyed our stay. our check in process was really easy we just followed the instructions they sent via email. the room it self had all the appliances that we could’ve needed, very clean. the area itself was perfect for walking distance for us. i would definitely come back next time i’m in toronto.

The property was great and in a convenient location. The only problems were I was told I could park on the property when I booked the reservation but there was no parking available when I got there and there was no tv remote. I was there 4 nights and got no reply from the host about getting a tv remote.

The location to Roger’s Centre and eateries was within walking distance. The cleanliness of the room was not bad, although we left it cleaner upon departure. The issue we’re having now is trying to get the $200.00 damage deposit returned to our credit card. Global Stay stated that the deposit was returned on September 3rd, but Visa stated it wasn’t returned. After a phone call on September 16th with Global Stay, we’re still no further ahead. We’re very disappointed!

This was a great stay! I love how we had a full kitchen and 2 bedrooms, instead of staying at a hotel I was able to bring food to save money. Great location, clean and it had everything we needed. We would definitely book again.

Everything was pretty smooth (check in/out, communications with host). The location was perfect. The apartment was pretty clean, except for the balcony (it was dusty with some spiderwebs). The perfume used on the bed covers was not great. Overall, it was great choice for our first trip to Toronto, especially since it was next to the fanfest location. It's also right next to the trolley stops, so you can travel downtown easily and fast.

The full kitchen with a fridge and dishware was great. The bed was so comfortable! We were there for a concert at the RBC Amphitheater and the location was perfect. It was less than a 20 minute walk back while the Uber line was about 30 minutes. The parking was underground and only $20 for the night which is an excellent price in Toronto. My only complaint is the room pricing. It was $176 on Expedia which was amazing but there was a $60 building fee and a $10 charge for any extra guests meaning if 2 people stay in the room you are charged plus another fee that was added to the taxes (cleaning?). The final price was $312 because of the extra charges. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I would be inclined to stay there again for events in that area of the city.
