"Staff were warm and friendly especially the bartenders whose names I can’t remember. There was this one guy who was courteous to point out a few hotspots nearby which made my overnight stay better. "Great location from the train station and right in town. Just a short walk away! It was easy to walk to the Gornegrat too for skiing. Everything was a 3-5 minute walk away. Convenient and nice rooms/clean stay. The free breakfast included was so nice to have as well. I would definitely stay again during my next trip to Zermatt!"
