We loved the SPA and Pool facilities. Our room (family room on two level) has an amazing view of Matterhorn from our balcony- especially at sun rise when it just glowed as if it was made of Gold. Room itself was large and clean with adequate facilities. Check in was straight forward too. Zermatt itself is a beautiful ski resort town. The hotel was in a great location near the railway station. The hotel offers a courtesy bus to pick or drop you at the railway station.

Super amazing stay. Fantastic location, place and especially the panaromic room that oversee the Matterhorn! You will be able to see the golden flow on the Matterhorn at sunrise.
