The good: Great location right on the Royal Mile with a lot of food options nearby. It is also just a 15-minute walk from the Airlink bus station (the shuttle to and from the airport). The bad: We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment with two adults and two kids. The apartment is tiny—only one person can fit in the kitchen area at a time, and there is absolutely no room for four people to sit and have breakfast.

Super good location, brand new apartment. Highly recommended. Perfect for our family of 4. Brand new, premium home. The only thing to highlight is, the rooftop is only available for penthouse and the rooftop views too, and not if you book any other apartment. It wasn't clear to me from description. 10 on 10 fort us.

There were some mechanical issues in the flat such as the front door keypad wasn’t working the first few days. Also, the dryer in the unit does not work. The bathroom door didn’t lock, and the elevator was down the first few days. Otherwise, the flat was welcoming and in a great location, it was clean and the attendant was very polite and quick to help when he could.

The 3bedrm/3.5 bathroom unit was perfect for our group of 5 people. Location so convenient to sights and transportation. Walkable to many places. Comfortable, clean and modern. Kitchen very usable and stocked with plates and cutlery. We didnt cook but could have with the pot/pans present. So helpful to have the larger refrigerator and freezer during this past week of extreme heat. AC worked well. Bathrooms had good water temperature and pressure. Lastly, the staff were so helpful and immediately responsive to any concern. Loved our stay!

The room lost power on the first night (including air condition) , we sent a message to them as instructed we didn’t get an answer until 10 am and they said they would fix it in 30 minutes but they never came back and they didn’t fix it all morning. When we were leaving to start our day we reminded them and that is when they finally decided to fix it. We spent all night and all morning while we were getting ready without ac and it basically felt like we were outside for that day. The room was spacious though.
