The Junior Suite was spacious and fantastic, felt roomy and so comfortable. The breakfast was great and the location superb. I travel a lot internationally and this has been my favorite hotel in London. Definitely will stay again!!

Nice hotel really close to Soho-Covent Garden, way easy to be in-out of the city by train or plane, locations was top close to bars and reastaurant areas, bus stop outside of the hotel with bus-routes to get you everywhere. Hotel room was big, enough for a 2 friends trip, 2 beds, accomodations were nice, looked really clean, a bit noisy doors in the hallways that’s it, staff nice.

The staff helped us with our bags into the building. We had a nice room and was able to enjoy the bathroom tub and shower. Being it was an older building, even with the attempt to muffle the noise with extra layer of windows, due to the hotel room facing Bloomsbury Way, it was hard to keep all the noise, especially the sirens from being loud.

Hotel/room had an issue and staff booked us to another hotel (5-star). They provided us transportation to this other hotel which was also in a great location. So I can't say much about their hotel, since we didn't stay there, but the staff support was excellent. Kudos to them we still had a nice stay!
