Really spacious, one en-suite room, both rooms had TVs in their rooms as well as another in the main living area. Desk space also to do work. Kitchen facilities great too. Once again would use this set up again with family or going with a friend to have our own rooms.

The front desk staff was excellent - very accommodating and friendly. The location of this hotel is ideal - everything is close by. I was glad to have in-room instructions on how to use the appliances as I’m from outside the UK.

This Aparthotel model worked really well for us - it's light on amenities (no room service, small lobby, etc), but we didn't need that. What it did provide was a large, clean, functional space that felt like home for our week-long stay. The little kitchen included an oven, cookware, stovetop, and even a small washer/dryer unit. There was plentiful closet space, and room for us to spread out. The location was close enough to two different tube stations to be relatively straightforward to get basically anywhere in the city, it's an easy walk to some shops and restaurants, and there are Lime bike parking spots just around the corner, making it even more convenient. Overall, a perfect match for my son and I to stay for 8 days.

The environment and comfort the hotel is better than what I expected. The traffic is very convenient to go to the hot places by walk, bus or metro. The area is safe and quiet, and the room is spacious. The service is no doubt very good.

Was there for business and lesuire with a 10 month old. The rooms were equipped for anything you need. The hotel is conveniently located to the underground (10 min walk), Exmouth market, grocery stores and parks.

Location was perfect for our purposes. Clean and comfortable. The kitchen was a nice change from staying in a hotel even though we didn't get to use it. Staff were great specially Kevin who was always wonderful and very helpful.

Felt like I was living in my dream flat.

Beautiful room with tons of natural light that feels more like your own flat than a hotel room. Functional kitchen, washer/drier in room (which we struggled with but I think it was more user error, drier took FOREVER to dry clothes), and the even included some amazing snacks, water, and tea for our stay. Very comfortable, tons of modern touches. Great walkable location close to the underground, tons of restaurants, i could go on and on. Perfect home for our week in London.
