The place was old and dirty, website indicates this property had AC but when we got there the AC was not working, cracks on floor . After complaining They did move Us to the Radisson on covent garden , the location and staff was great!!!!

The room was advised as fully refurbished with the exception of the bathroom. The room was a premier room but very small due to the portable air con unit in the room due to the air con problems however no other room was available. The bathroom towel radiator being on full alley time did not help with the heat. The lighting in the room was faulty and when trying to use it we felt we were in a disco. The wardrobe light would not go out at all. In addition the wardrobe had to be emptied from the ironing board and two dressing gowns so we could put our clothes in it. The room was clean, the staff apologised and were clearly aware of the room issues however it would have been better to put a note in the website advising of refurbishment taking place as I may not have booked the hotel. The only saving grace is the amazing restaurant and the hotel staff.

Overall, a bit of a shoddy experience. The pictures don't match the room type - ordered a premium room and got matched with a standard but the reception staff - one gentleman in particular was very accommodating. He did compensate for the issues that we faced however we saw two rooms and both were not very clean. The location is, of course, great but I wouldn't stay here again. Thank you.
The lobby is pleasant and inviting. The rooms are decent sized for this part of London. We arrived very early in the morning and no rooms were available for early check-in, but the staff offered complementary breakfast, an ample and well-chosen buffet. We experienced some serious construction noise above us toward the end of our stay. It would have been nice to be forewarned, but it was a relatively minor inconvenience.
Hotel is in good condition and in the heart of Bloomsbury right off Oxford St. But two issues: some construction there so noise during the day and only one elevator worked, plus main stairs was blocked for construction. Also, we got a Deluxe room, but it had no table or chairs so had to eat or drink tea on bed. From pics on site, appeared to be a Standard room
Location was pretty good but the room was very small. Totally overpriced and definitely not worth the price

We had booked a standard room which was listed as a double. Unfortunately the bed was a very small double and I'm 6 months pregnant, sharing with my husband. I didn't sleep very well at all and we had to leave at 05:30 in the morning.
The welcome at check in was lovely and the lobby smelt lovely. The communal areas were decorated really well and I felt excited to get to the hotel room. That is until we saw the room. Unfortunately, as mentioned the bed was not a standard double so we went down to the lobby to speak with reception and was told we couldn't be moved due to it being fully booked. We were offered a complimentary breakfast which we couldn't accept and then was offered complimentary drinks at the bar till 11pm but it was after 11pm when we were told that. Plus being 6 months pregnant I wasn't feeling up to sitting in a bar at that time.
We returned to the room still unhappy so we checked Expedia to see if there were any rooms available that we could be moved to and there were. We used the room phone to call down to reception to see if we could be moved any it took 5 attempts to get through. We were still told they were fully booked and couldn't be moved and was then told the system was down and they were using a bit of paper that said they were fully booked.
We had to stay in the room and it was an unpleasant experience unfortunately.

Suite suivante on a fini par nous donné une autre chambre (plutôt jolie) mais le coffre ne marchait pas
Le téléphone ne fonctionnait et le service en chambre n’a pas marché la

Bref un combat de chaque instant
Dommage car l’emplacement est très bien
L’hôtel est bien aussi mais un personnel désorganisé et incompétent même si sympathique
Everything was clean, and staff were so helpful with early check-in and storing our bags after our 6am arrival. Only complaint is the lifts are a bit slow!

Excellent central location. Room was tiny and the shower leaked making the whole room smell of mould
