The hotel was in a perfect location. The tube station for West ferry was literally right outside the door. There was a park in walking distance with a lovely playground and some restaurant options. The breakfast was excellent for a buffet and definitely worth the $. Ten pounds per adults and kids were free! It was very quiet even though there were many guests!
The small downsides were you had to ask for your room to be cleaned, which we didn't realize until a few days in, and we got double charged for breakfast the first day once to the room and once on our credit card. That was a bit confusing and no one was at the desk when we checked out to resolve it unfortunately.
Otherwise, great stay and a revered chain for a reason.
The breakfast is amazing! They have an extensive allergy menu, so I was able to have a vegan AND gluten free breakfast that was big, filling and tasty!
Everyone was so nice and helpful too! Best sleep I ever had in a hotel, very quiet! I also felt really safe as a solo female traveler. Thank y’all for your hospitality!!
Next to DLR and in reach of airport, friendly staff and good breakfast with sufficient seating capacity. Room is spacious enough. Shower had a little bit too little pressure.
Stayed here for a long weekend with the family (2+2) and would definitely consider coming back. The area is a bit outside the city center, which is actually a good thing when public transport is as efficient as it is (7 minutes on the DLR to Bank, or 3 minutes to Canary Wharf). The hotel room was more than spacious enough for two adults and two teenagers. Good temperature control, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. If I could wish for one thing, it would be a bit more space to keep our clothes (just a few additional hooks on the walls would do). We can easily recommend this hotel to others. By the way Canary Wharf was a nice area to spend an evening 😊
The hotel was better than expected. Quite new, many rooms, good breakfast, nice staff and perfect location next to a DLR station. The only disadvantage: it is not well suited for cars. No parking at all, not even a drop off space in front of the main entrance.

Very good. At first was concerned about location but was able to get to anywhere I needed to go. Neighbor a little sad
Room nice. Had to ask for room service not automatic staff very helpful and restaurant convenient because not a lot nearby places to eat
I had a very pleasant stay at the Premier Inn in Canary Wharf. Overall, the hotel left a great impression: everything was clean, well-maintained, and well-organized. I especially want to highlight the staff — everyone was incredibly warm, helpful, and genuinely friendly. You really feel welcome there.
The location was absolutely excellent. The Westferry station was directly across from the hotel, making it very easy to get to Canary Wharf, and the Canary Wharf station itself was also within walking distance. Everything you need is close by — within about 10 to 15 minutes you have access to shops, restaurants, and the central areas of the city.
One small downside concerns the more affordable room categories. These rooms don’t offer any real storage space for clothing, such as a wardrobe or drawers, which can be a bit inconvenient for longer stays. In addition, there was no cooling option to store things like children’s food, which would have been very helpful.
The breakfast was ok.
Aside from that, everything was excellent. The location, service, and value for money make it a great choice, and I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again.
Because I booked for more than 5days they dumped me in the disabled room. I asked to be moved but they said no because booked more than 5 days. It makes no sense there is no closet to store your clothes so you live out of a suit case. The Bath shower combo was cramped you could not turn around without hitting something (not good for disabled people) seriously ditch the bath and make a large shower with a drop down seat is better for a disabled person.
On the Plus side, the room was spacious, QUITE - that's a huge plus I like quiet rooms. It was also clean. The beds were in good condition though they were too firm for me (another down side of disabled rooms as firm beds make it easier for the disabled to get up).
Having said that if they stick me in a disabled room I will demand a refund

The room was a bit cramped for two adults and a 10-year-old, but it was generally clean and well-maintained. However, the shower system was quite disappointing: it was extremely loud when turned on, and the water pressure was very weak. Additionally, the walls were very thin; we could clearly hear the neighboring room whenever their shower was in use, and the noise from their children playing was loud enough to make the walls shake.
