Hotel said they didn’t have a booking for us and can’t seem to get any contact with hotels.com other recent reviews suggest the hotel is awful if you do manage to get into your room stay clear
This room was terrible, nothing like the picture !!!! Full of flies , room was really poor , for the money we paid absolute shocker . No toilet paper , thank god it was just for 1 night . Would definitely NOT book this again . Shame i cant upload the pictures i took .
When we arrived there was no one to check us in, luckily there was a phone number and the man who answered it gave us the codes to get in. We walked into our room and couldn’t believe how dirty and unlooked after it looked. We took numerous pictures of the facilities. It was like a very run down student accommodation if I’m honest. I will never be booking this again. Nothing like what was advertised and for what I paid. The pictures on your website made it look lovely.
Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Bathrooms are less than cupboards size, very difficult to take baths. Rooms are not clean and you won’t see anything in the rooms except for beds. No bins, no drinks. I paid in advance for 2 nights. If not I’d have left in within few minutes of entering the place. Not worthy at all
I have never been to such a dirty hotel .the hall carpet was thread bare .as for my room it was disgusting holes in the curtains dirty windows. The bathroom shower was filthy the shower screen was filthy the whole hotel was filthy. I do not reckonend any one stays there unless your bloody desperate. It was like a squat .there was no one on reception to help us just 2 lads getting high .please dont go there
No room were ready when checking in even though I came over afer 3pm no one on recipient desk we have been waiting wondering for 20 minutes at last the house keeper came down and no room ready after another 15 minutes checked in and linen sheets were not fresh there was blood on them so call them to put fresh on them (change them)
Not happy at all
Had the price been 1/2 of what it was I would have had lower expectations and not been so disappointed. Virtually none of the photos in the listing have anything to do with this property, including the pub images (which is a completely different business!). It was a run down property, not a cute boutique hotel as it looks in the photos. No one was anywhere nearby when checking in, and we called the number listed. The owner answered right away and texted a code to access our room. Only one outlet in the small room that was located in an awkward place.
When I got there no one there they had left a message on the door it was a mobile number to ring, so I rang it no answer. I ended usung another number managed to get through they texted me both door codes. In end got sorted wasn't ideal.
