The hotel is well maintained and the room was very comfortable. The absolute best thing about this hotel is the location. It’s right across from a tube station and it’s right next to the Thames. Many of London’s best attractions are within walking distance. Would recommend!

The entire staff was most friendly and helpful. The club level benefits were a very nice addition. Room was great, comfortable bed and huge television. The breakfast was nice.
