We had a wonderful one-night stay at the Hyatt Regency Blackfriars as a couple. The hotel was elegant, comfortable and welcoming, with excellent service throughout. Our room was lovely, and the location was ideal for exploring London. A perfect choice for a relaxing couples’ getaway. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

The hotel is well maintained and the room was very comfortable. The absolute best thing about this hotel is the location. It’s right across from a tube station and it’s right next to the Thames. Many of London’s best attractions are within walking distance. Would recommend!

A lovely hotel with a relaxing atmosphere. Will definitely be back. Staff are all very helpful. We didn’t have any food in the restaurant because we ate out at the event we were attending in London. Hotel is very close to Blackfriars Station. Thank you Hyatt.

Location was fabulous. The underground station Blackfriars is right across the street. Other bus stops were minutes away. Only issue was the shower design. Water went everywhere with the half glass wall and the foot towel was always drenched. If one person showered, the next person had to deal with a wet towel. Small and petty but still annoying. The couch in the suite was like one at the Graham Norton show. It's pretty but not really comfortable. I asked the concierge to send me an email copy of my bill and I am still waiting. Just little things but I expect perfection from five star hotels.
