Great service from all staff, breakfast varied and good selection, plus all you could eat. Free coffees and teas available 24/7. Reception and bar open 24hrs. The public transport was very good and you can use your bank or revolute card to pay. Loads of good eateries and pubs around the hotel. Will definitely be back to the hub clerkenwell. Thank you 👍

Very friendly and accommodating staff. The rooms are quite small but it's not an issue if you're mainly just there to sleep. Good storage under the bed for your luggage.

In our opinion, it was one of the best hotels for the price we paid. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and kind. The room was clean, simple, and nice. The breakfast was excellent, and the hotel’s location was great — close to the bus and metro stations. There were two male staff members who helped us a lot; unfortunately, I don’t know their names, but one was Indian and the other had blonde highlights in his hair.

I liked the small room, though access to the bed would have been annoying if I hadn't been on my own. Would have been nice to have tissues (instead of having to blow my nose on the toilet paper) - but not a big deal. It would have been extra cool if I could have connected my mobile device (eg iPad) via Bluetooth to a speaker!

Excellent stay with a few minor complaints

Room and common areas were very clean, well lit, and staff was mostly friendly and knowledgeable. Location was excellent as was price. Loved the complementary coffee station, but staff was often too rushed to maintain it. Food: dining room was very comfortable but there was not much food choice for breakfast or dinner and it was primarily packaged and heated. Room: probably more suited to a single than a couple as the lighting settings are either all on, medium, or dark for room including bathroom, and when the door opens, all the lights go on automatically which is not great if one is sleeping and the other awake. The windows don't open and the a/c isn't very powerful, so it gets hot and stuffy. Bathroom: great shower, but it leaked all over the floor and there was nowhere to hang the towels. Location: excellent. Short walk to Farringdon where you can catch a train to Luton, Gatwick, or Heathrow or hop on the tube.

I called this place the anti hotel. Yes they offer you a room, but everything else is up to you. You should never stey here foe more than 2 day as the room is tiny and there is not evne anywherebto put your suitcase. There are no windows. There is no phone. That is key because besides needing to contact someone if you have, say, a heart attack, you MUST ask for your room to be cleaned in advance. Aand you better get it in writing. Did not get my room cleaned until 5th day. And did I say you have to tell them a day in advance SPECIDICALLY to change the sheets or get fresh towels. Yes you will spend a lot of time at the front desk. And hope like crty they give you breakfast hours and check out hours when you check in. No good reason given why the make up room card that wvery hotel in the world has is unavailable here.

Super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, immer Bedacht auf Zufriedenheit und Wohlbefinden des Gastes. Tolles Ambiente, man hat sich wie Zuhause gefühlt. Mit einer Unverträglichkeit wird sicher vom Personal umgegangen, jeden Morgen wurde gefragt ob eine Unverträglichkeit besteht. Wenn ja, bekommt man eine Mappe mit den Allergenen und kann sich dann darauf extra das Frühstück aussuchen, was einem dann direkt an den Tisch gebracht wurde. Auch super, dass man sich den ganzen Tag Wasser oder Heißgetränk nehmen und auch mit aufs Zimmer nehmen darf. Super zentrale Lage, und auch mit den Bussen die 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt waren, war man in ca 20-30 Minuten da wo man hin wollte.

朝食にサラダがあれば文句なしでした！ コーヒーが飲み放題なのはとってもありがたかったです。 スタッフの皆さんはとても気さくで優しく、色々教えてくれました。 もう少し劇場街に近いところにすべきだったので、今度は違う場所のhubに泊まってみたいと思います！ 初めてのイギリス出張、とても快適に過ごせました！ありがとうございました！
