First night was freezing cold because the radiator was not working an we couldnt close the window fully. The light also didnt work but on our second day someone came and fixed everything. For the price it is totally worth it, near the subway station, big and clean bathroom.

Clear instructions for an easy check in. The apartment was clean with all amenities needed for our stay. Great location. Things missing were recycling options for the kitchen area and waste bins provided in the bathroom areas. All in all a comfortable stay.

Loved my trip !

I was very happy staying in these studios, the staff were very helpful, the studio I was in was perfect for what I had intended. It has a nice TV to watch, they provide their own WiFi, it has a nice shower and bathroom with good mirrors, a comfy firm bed and kitchen/dining facilities with a fridge/freezer. It was clean and had a fan which was much needed in the heat ! I would happily stay there again ! It was very handy in being so close to Finsbury Park underground with lots of shops nearby for last minute grabs 10/10

Spotlessly clean. Very spacious. Comfortable bed. Located on a quiet residential street. Apartment is at the back of a large converted house, so no traffic noise. Perfect for any events in Finsbury Park and only a short tube ride from central London.

Well maintained and fully equiped studio.

Easy check in, responsive host, nice studio, well maintained and fully equipped. It was close to The Emirates so perfect for me and near a busy main road so I didn't feel unsafe walking back from the match.

Very good choice for Finsbury Park area

We had a really comfortable stay at this well-maintained location. The downsides were that only two thin towels were supplied, and the television did not seem to pick up reception. This was fine as we used the location as a hub to travel around London for two days. The room is well furnished, and I would recommend the location and property on the whole. We would stay again.

Close to food shops, restaurants and ample public transport. Quiet street. Basic but comfortable and quite spacious. Kitchen lacked a microwave which I hadn't realised on booking, so that was disappointing

Lovely property, modern and clean. Would recommend to friends and family. The clothes steamer and hairdryer were an added little bonus. The bathroom was very clean and modern. Close to the tube which made getting around easy. My only suggestion is something to block out the light. As the room is very white and the blinds are white at 4am the brightness of the room woke us, then again at 5am and 6am at which point we decided to get up.

Decent enough

We stayed here for two nights mid week for a family trip to London. PROS quick to get to on foot from Finsbury Park tube. Easy contactless access and good communication via WhatsApp from the host. Fairly clean and modern Good tv and use of Netflix/prime CONS The fold out sofa bed is very uncomfortable and unusable for us. Needs a good comfy topper or fold out single bed. Really loud noise from radiator in bedroom so had to turn it off at the boiler. Luckily it was fairly warm when we stayed so heating not required. To be fair I reported to host who offered to send someone around next day to look at it. A microwave would be good plus some decent breakfast bowls and cutting knives. If the back garden was done up and accessible would be good for the kids to play out in. WiFi hit and miss. Overall it was an average to good stay for those on a budget just wanting somewhere close to the tube to get their heads down.

Misleading promises. Easiest to review with Pros vs. Cons Pros: - Spacious rooms - Clean rooms - Smart TV with Netflix subscription provided by the property - Spacious kitchen - Really great customer service, through WhatsApp. Replied within a few minutes Cons: - No housekeeping available - No AC, but fans were provided - Limited linen service (only 3 towels that you don't get to switch out for new ones) - Yes we had a washer but no dryer and no way of hanging out clothes (found this out AFTER already washing our clothes) - Area around the property feels pretty unsafe and dirty - Had to pay over a week in advance or risk loosing the booking (Expedia stated that we would pay at check out) - Not sound proof, we could hear everyone coming and going Overall alright stay. Just make sure you bring essentials like salt and pepper and laundry detergent if planning on staying for a longer time.

3 day family break to see London sights

GOOD 1) Great transport links nearby. 2) Very clean inside the apartment. 3) Beds very comfortable. 4) Peaceful directly around the property. 5) Host communicative and tries to sort problems. 6) Great price for proximity to London and space provided. 7) Fabulous shower. BAD 1) Booked two bedroom duplex apartment. It was not until day before arrival when receiving arrival info that discovered the duplex apartment is at a different address to the main other accomadation types offered. No where on any of the booking sites selling this place, is this mentioned. Only 1 address listed. Rather than a 5-6 min walk to tube, it was a 12-13 mins. People with disabilities or small kids this could be distessing. 2) The front space of the property, approx 10 wheelie bins (some in bin lockers others left out) all overflowing with rubbish. Also a large planter full of cig butts. Not welcoming or pleasant 1st impression. 3) The glass pannel of the entrance nearest the locks was missing and replaced with cardboard. 4) The upstairs room access was by an extremely steep, very narrow open tread, wooden spiral staircase. No mention of this on any of the sites. No stairgate could be used if needed and mobility issues this would be a nightmare. 5) Heating not set up so very cold first night. (Owner did send details over) 6) Awful wifi. Connects with no internet. (host said they were sorting but mainly never worked) Meant no TV. 7) Garden very overgrown and not useable. 8) Very thin towels.

The location was not that as it seemed booked on Expedia, it was some distance away from the room I thought I had booked. This needs to be made clear as I would not have booked the room. Good communication for entry, the entrance was dark, and needs a light in the entrance way to find your keys. Room was very warm and large double room at the rear was very comfy, quiet and dark. The large bed in the lounge/dining area was in a much lighter room and may not suit those who like a dark room. There was no TV remote, they isn't a manned reception but the communications were answered quickly. I had planned a night watching tele and relaxing but couldn't, by the time a remote was sent by Uber I had gone to bed, so didn't get it. So perhaps systems need to be put in place for a final room check before handing over to include this check. Beds were clean and comfortable, plenty of towels and a full kitchen (I could not find the light switch). There was even tea bags in the cupboard. bathroom was large, shower head couldn't fit, or I couldn't fit it so I had to hold for a my shower. It was not totally clean but certainly not dirty.
