We were warmly welcomed. The room was clean and comfortable enough for two people (we had the twin room). There was a 24/7 service for check-in and food. Very close to King’s Cross and Euston. Clean room, and kind staff.

Location of hotel is perfect for anyone travelling from kings cross or st pancreas, hotel super clean. Only complaint is we were near the bathroom so all night was banging everytime someone went to the bathroom which I know is not the fault of the hotel it would be guests with the slamming even though they had signs everywhere about keeping the noise down which they tried their part in that

Stayed for 2 nights with my son. The staff were so helpful, polite and truly lovely people who genuinely wanted you to enjoy your stay! Something that lacks in larger hotels. The rooms had everything we needed and were clean. The location is excellent for Kings Cross and St Pancras stations and also about a leisurely 30 minute walk into Leicester Square. Would highly recommend this wee gem of a hotel- I will definitely be back

It is right around the corner from King's Cross - so perfect if you are taking an early morning train. Lots of tiny stairs, so inconvenient for luggage, but they let us keep our largest luggage at the reception area.

We had 1 night stay as we had to be up early to catch the Eurostar. We had a warm welcome on arrival and the staff were accommodating with keeping the rooms as close together as possible. Great location too. I would just point out that there are no lifts. Thank you for a lovely stay.

I would stay here again.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Check in process was quick and easy. Luggage storage is a massive help and the early check in fee is very reasonable. I would definitely stay here again.
