Nicely renovated machiya in a great location. Very nice to have a bathroom upstairs. Street is very quiet, but with easy access to things. Futon is thin so try to sleep in beds.

It’s pretty and very traditional kyoto property. Walking distance to kawaramachi station (10 mins). It’s a nice experience to stay in the house. Just I feel the tatami floor and cushions are not clean enough and the bed mattress was a bit hard. Overall it’s a good stay.

It’s a very new and clean house. However, there is a lot of room for improvement in terms of the adequacy and quality of amenities. We were a family of 5 adults+1 toddler. However, tissue and toilet rolls were not sufficient; there were 3 wash basins with only 1 bottle of handwash soap; although the washing machine, basin and shower room were separate. It was not possible to use the basin or washing machine when one is showering as the shower room door was made of clear glass; futon mattress were too thin that made sleeping feel uncomfortable. The complimentary coffee was a good gesture but Rinn should consider providing more when there are more guests?

很新很棒的傳統町屋

超新超棒的傳統町屋！2018年4月才開幕，和工作人員聊天才知道前面住過的客人還不到五組。兩層樓包棟，一天只接待一組客人，非常乾淨，空間很大，榻榻米舖的床墊很舒服。有洗衣機、廚房、餐廳、客廳，鍋碗瓢盆齊全，最近的便利商店走5-10分鐘。現在Google地圖和街景圖可能還找不到，因為太新，訂的人可能會擔心，但確實有這間，預約的人可以放心。
