My family really enjoyed our stay. We loved the property and it felt authentic compared to hotels we stayed in during our trip. It was our first time to Kyoto and Japan in general. We would definitely recommend this property. The owners were friendly and very accommodating!

A beautiful, old apartment with so much character. Very clean and comfortable. Great communication with owners.
All facilities seems new, and very kind. western beds are so nice also japanese style beds were good. it could be a bit noisy from the morning car sound. because it's traditional house so it has no soundproof facilities and I can understand that. (also we can hear down stair noisy when they talking loudly.) And room wasn't that small for 5 person. I liked to stay here. Compare to price, I think it was reasonable. and especially the host was so kind and nice. thank you!
It is a beautiful property managed with care. Staff was very friendly and helpful with excellent communication. I would stay there again most definitely.
