Quiet rooms. Close to so many shops, restaurants and excursions. Gorgeous lobby.
Carpets in hallway and our room a little worn. Room carpet had a tear. Balcony was nice but balcony floor lamp didn’t work. Welcome drinks are very nice. Breakfast buffet is fantastic
We had an amazing view of the harbor from our our room. Perfect location as the Meriken Park and the Kobe Tower is just outside of the hotel. The room was big for 3 people. There’s a shuttle going to the train station and there’s a Family Mart store inside the hotel too. Clean, friendly staff and a good value for the price. Really enjoyed our stay and highly recommended. Will definitely stay again if given an opportunity again.
Structure of the hotel was marvelous, and view from my room was beautiful. I saw a great sun set and ocean view. The staff was kind and the atmosphere was great
Room is clean. The issue is with the checking process. The staff did not offer any information about the property. There is a shuttle bus available but the staff has ever given us any information. The staff has no facial expression and seems unhappy in everything.
Amazing hotel and fabulous night view of the lit up Ferris wheel. Great location on the pier. Rooms are big and well
Laid out. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
An iconic hotel next to the Kobe Tower, waterfront park, cruise tours, and Mosaic restaurant row. A shuttle bus also takes guests to Kobe Central Station next to the F&B n shopping district.
The rooms were a little tired but the rest of the hotel was magnificent. The location is perfect, try and get a room facing the Ferris wheel as night time is very pretty. The foyer is beautiful and always smells so fresh! The convenience store onsite had everything we needed including beautiful sandwiches for the kids and the breakfast oh my goodness! Next level!!!! They had everything you could imagine!!!!
