Very old. The key of the door is old style. Only paper cups were set beside the pot in bar corner instead of glass cups. No cup and saucer for the hot drink!!! Two chairs were dirty!! Huge spots on the seats!! I couldn’t sit down except on the bed, My room was Deluxe Doble room. Towels and bed sheets were clean, that’s it!!

レトロな施設で趣きはありました。スタッフの対応も親切でした。とても気になった点は、今回宿泊した部屋は水回りの排水溝から不快な匂いがあがってきていたのが不満でした。

コスパ最高のホテルです。スタッフの方の対応も良くホテル内も清潔で気持ちよく滞在できました。夜から雨でしたが、傘も貸し出しをしていただきありがとうございます。仕事で早朝にチェックアウトしましたが、今度は、ゆっくり滞在したいです。

施設が古い所は問題ないものの、タオル類は生乾き臭やカビのような臭いがして不潔だった。ベッド上も米が固まった異物があった。少し値が張っても近くのホテルを薦める。

洗面台に汚れが付いていて気持ちが悪かったです。落とせない汚れかと思いきやティッシュで簡単に取れました。ひょっとしたら掃除を忘れたのかな❓️ チェックインの時フロント横の日本酒の試飲本酒好きの私にはまさしくウエルカム々ドリンクでした。有り難うございました。

口コミ等チェックし、古いけれど清潔という声が出て多く利用しました。しかし、浴室に髪の毛などが落ちていたり、シーツが破けていたりなど、明らかに清潔感にかけていました。駅からも行きやすく、フロントの方にも不満はなかっただけに、残念です。

部屋は広く、滞在にするのには良かったが、建物が古いせいか、お風呂の排水回りの汚れが気になりました。あと、シャワーの温度調整が難しく、少しの調整で熱くなったり冷たくなったりしました。ただ、概ね満足出来る宿泊でした。

一泊でしたが、スタッフの対応や設備についても不便なくゆったりと過ごせました。家族（女性）がアメニティの種類が少ないと言っていましたが、個人的には不足は無かったです。食事はとても良かったです。美味しかったです。ご馳走様でした。良かった点・値段が他より安かった。・目的地に近かった。（バンドー神戸青少年科学館）・朝食の種類が多く美味しかった。・広々としていた。その他・部屋が古い感じだった。（汚くはない。）・アメニティの種類が少なかった。（女性）
