"We booked a balcony room. It was a nice room but slightly dated. Very clean and the bed was comfortable. As others have mentioned it was very hot in the room. There was a small fan on the dressing but it was too far from the bed to make any difference. On arrival there was a portable air cooler in our room, after a couple of nights it disappeared and when I asked they said it was unavailable and suggested another fan.
As there are no pug sockets near the bed we had to have an extension cable. We had to keep the balcony doors open constantly but that didn’t make things much better. We were there in July and the weather was very hot, so at other times of the year I’m sure the heat of the room would not be an issue. The lack of plug sockets by the bed was disappointing.
Breakfast was excellent and the staff kept everything topped up regularly.
Pool area was nice although water was very cold despite the hot weather. Lovely area to relax."
