What truly stood out was how she went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, even anticipating needs before I had to ask. Whether it was handling requests efficiently, offering helpful local tips, or simply checking in to make sure my stay was comfortable, Isabella made a lasting impression. Her attitude and dedication reflect incredibly well on the hotel, and she turned what could have been a standard stay into a memorable one. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-managed, but it was the human touch—especially Isabella’s—that really elevated the experience. "I booked a king size bed and a double bed in the room, but there was only a king size bed and a sofa bed. I complained but they wouldn't change my room and wouldn't refund me so forced to stay a night there. The hotel is dated and cleanliness is average at best. Location is decent though."
