The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. We were early for check in so dropped our bags and checked out the area. As it was a Sunday the pedestrian streets were busy. This hotel is conveniently located in the old town of Hangzhou, near Hefang street, a touristic pedestrian street known for its Southern Song Dynasty buildings. Our room was spacious and tastefully decorated in traditional Chinese style, but the antique decor was paired with modern hi tech appliances, which we did not know how to operate because it was written in Chinese! The only downside to this place is that it does not serve breakfast.

A wonderful hotel in the center of local restaurants and shops and within walking distance of all the attractions. The staff was incredible. Rooms were comfortable. Arranged a car for me to the airport and took my luggage out to the car and made sure I had what I needed. Would definitely recommend!!
