"Very nice boutique hotel that is near Wat Pho. Convenient as Bus stop is just near the hotel. Amenities are really nice and toiletries are spot on. They have a cafe at the ground floor that offers amazing Thai Style Breakfast. staffs are friendly and accommodating. The towels are really soft."

"Aurum The River Place has one of the best locations in Bangkok, right by the river with a stunning view of the Temple of Dawn (Wat Arun). The breakfast is excellent, and enjoying it while looking out over the river and the temple makes it even more special. "Upfront, this is not 5 star hotel quality accomodation, it is closer to hostel accomodations, being a tied up dive boat. The cabin are big enough for a full size bed, and suitable for two people to do whatever you want to do in a bed. The river quiets down at night and there is no problem at all with sleeping, either for noise or for water movement. The great thing about this accomodation is location. It makes all the sites along the river easily accessible by one form or another of water...

Great view on the palace and what arun und what pho. Ideally located at a boat stop which is a great ride to the Temples and the palace as well as to the next metro station. "
