"Our stay was lovely! The hotel is very clean and they offer sweet butterfly pea tea upon checking in. Front desk is very responsive when you need assistance. Rooms were clean and bathrooms offered shower and bathtub which was nice. Amenities included a nice gym, rooftop pool and spa options. I got a traditional Thai massage, and was pleased with the cleanliness of the room. The location is optimal if you’re staying in Bangkok, as it it close to a few malls, about an hour of BKK airport due to traffic. Princess hotel is actually attached to MBK mall which offers cute shops and spots to eat. Would recommend out stay "

"Staff was courteous and helpful. Hotel’s location was excellent. Close to university, shopping and the transit system. "

"Our executive room was quite spacious and kept clean during our stay, although the faucet in the washroom kept twisting every time we changed the temperature of the water. Also surprised that there was only one outlet in this large room. The staff from the ground floor to check-in on the 11th to breakfast buffet on the 12th floor were all polite and helpful. The bar/pool/lounge areas on the 11th floor exudes a nice level of sophistication. Breakfast included basic Asian and western staples, which is fine for starting the day. The most disappointing thing to note was the exterior which is filled with merchants engaged in wholesale of textiles and apparel. The only way to get around was with the Grab app, which was crucial for our travels in Bangkok. All in all, a good value for our stay."

"Amazing place! We felt so welcomed and everyone was friendly and helpful. Great food choices, amazing breakfast buffet, delicious drinks especially margaritas 😍. Room was clean and very happy with housekeeping, everyday were cleaning rooms and changing towels. The pool side is kids friendly and very clean. "
