"I'll start with what was good, the location is great, the service was excellent, and everything was very nice and clean. However, the room pictures shown when booking the room are deceiving as the room we booked was the smallest hotel room I've ever seen and didn't look like the room in the example photos. I didn't pay attention to the square footage when booking and that was my mistake but I've never payed attention to square footage when booking a room but I will from now on. My other complaint is they didn't provide washcloths for showering, not sure if that's a European thing or not and we didn't ask because we were in a hurry in the mornings when we would go to take a shower and remembered we didn't have them. Overall though we enjoyed our stay. "

"We paid for an upgrade on arrival and wer epromised a room with a view, we arrived at our room on the 11th floor overlooking the bridge to find another party already inside. We went back to reception and were given a room on the 4th floor without a view, which we were told was for the time being, but as we had plans we couldn't hang around to move rooms that evening. We spoke to staff about this twice during our stay and were told they were leaving a note for management, and have emailed with no response. Hotel is in a good location and reasonable but very disappointed that we paid for an upgrade and that we have received no explanation or response. "

"Ideal location for exploring London close to Blackfriars and St Paul's tube. Very close to St Paul's itself. Large hotel with rooftop bar. All staff we encountered were helpful. Room a good size and lovely breakfast. "

"Smack bang on Dam Square this hotel is so easy to find and walk to from the train station. We arrived at 9.30am with baggage, this was no issue for Alessandro who was so accommodating in storing our luggage and suggesting we fill out the paperwork whilst it was quiet so that when our room was ready we could simply pick our keys up and go straight up to them. When we returned in the afternoon Steven was also excellent at providing our keys and baggage, etc. On our departure we needed to store our baggage again and Emma in turn was fabulous in checking us out swiftly and pointing us to the correct space to order a taxi for pick up on the main Damrak. It was our daughter's birthday whilst we were there and whilst we were out during the day staff decorated her room with balloons and a beautifully written card. I really cannot fault this hotel, centrally located, close to shopping or attractions so we were always able to drop bags off or pick things up during the day without going out of our way, we will definitely be back."
