"Great location right by the pantheon and close to the fountain. Good breakfast, great coffee. Nice bottle of wine on check in. Weird, poorly designed shower was the only complaint. Otherwise good place to stay centrally located when touring Rome."

"I had a very bad experience from start to finish in this property.. I don't recommend it to anyone.. The property is located on the 3rd floor and the lift was Not working.. No hot water in the bathroom ( I didn't have shower for all the period I stayed there, ( I reported the problem to the cleaner who tried to fix it by herself but she couldn't ).. The toilet seat was cracked so every time I used the toilet, the toilet seat pinched my bottom and that was very painful.. No reception desk so...

"Booked same day last minute only hours before arrival in Rome. The only missing part was the floor number : 2. Others in the building helped me find my way and incredibly hospitable locals in the building itself. Check in was super easy, checked in 2 hours early without issue. Room was spotless, bed was great. Location super convenient for travelling by train and Osteria restaurant downstairs run by charming hosts and great service and food until late if you need an afternoon nap. All in all...

"The place is very clean and convenient, walking distance to trevi fountain and the staff is very friendly. Be aware of the checking time. Please contact the staff before you arrive there so you can leave the luggage there before 2 p.m. The building was remodeled in 19th century. There is no desk in the room. There is limited space for you to put any toilet and makeup in the bathroom."
