"This was one of the nicest, most interesting hotels that I've stayed in, and at any one time the suites are phenomenal. and the paintings on the ceilings. Have your ChatGPT check it out."

"I was fortunate to get the suite but I am sure every room is amazing. What a wonderful location. I would recommend to Americans because English is spoken at the front desk."

"Me & my family truly enjoyed our time there, Alessandra (the manager/host) made everything very pleasant & easy for us, we arrived in the afternoon of Dec.31st, she spent a friendly 5-10 mins to show us places to go on a map, then successfully secured us a table at a fusion restaurant to celebrate our new year dinner along with the florentians, then on the last day she helped us arrange a taxi to get to the train station right on time. The suite's location was right in the middle of everything,...

"Positive - walking distance and central to everything we wanted to see in Florence, including close to the train station. Our room was spacious, we had 2 floors, with the main bedroom downstairs and our children slept upstairs. Staff were polite, helpful and courteous. Excellent breakfast included in our stay at a stunning restaurant close to the apartment. Negative - Cleaning of the room everyday was not included during our stay (surcharge) Not enough storage/shelving for our clothes/...

"Excellent location"

"The location is very convenient, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The rooms are okay if you’re simply looking for a place to sleep for the night. The views are lovely, but unfortunately, the rooms are not soundproof at all. You can hear pretty much everything happening around you, especially during breakfast, which can make it quite noisy to sleep or relax. Overall, a decent stay if location is your priority."
