"A Five-Star Stay in the Heart of Florence
As a discerning traveler, I am selective about awarding five stars, and Globus Urban Hotel truly earned them.
The location is exceptional: just a 2–5 minute walk to the Duomo, approximately 5–7 minutes to Firenze Santa Maria Novella railway station, and less than 10 minutes to Florence’s luxury shopping district. It is an ideal base for exploring the city on foot while remaining incredibly convenient for train travel and shopping.

"Superb location! Minutes away from major attractions, so we were able to go back to the hotel multiple times during the day to freshen up and cool down in the hot temperature this August. Breakfast selection was good, room and bathroom were very spacious and clean. The receptionists there were very friendly and helpful too. We loved our stay here while in Florence."

"I don’t usually write review but this warrants it. We had an ant infestation in our room and filled our bags with ant. Had to completely empty our bags to remove the ants in the middle of the night. We were moved into a different room at 2 am for 5 hours then told to move into another room because it had been booked. Also the bed are hard."

"I booked this place specifically for the pool & it was such a good idea!
It is a short walk into the main attractions, and there is a tram stop right out front which will take you in or to the airport. As someone who finds public transport stressful I found it so easy. The walk is also nice for seeing different things along the way or stopping for an spritz ;)
I booked a standard room as a solo traveller & it was one of the biggest rooms I had in Italy. Would be fine for 2 people."

"Overall, we had a good stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was spacious, and the air conditioning worked exceptionally well.
If your room faces the street, expect noise starting around 6:30 a.m. as cheap street vendors set up their stalls, with carts creating quite a bit of banging and clattering.
Breakfast offered a good selection, but it’s best to arrive around 7:00 a.m. By 8:00 a.m., many of the more popular items had already run out and weren’t replenished. The room was...
