"Front counter employees were extremely helpful and kind. Would visit again. Only suggestions is a guide for trying operate the AC. Did not see one if it was there."

"I booked this place specifically for the pool & it was such a good idea!
It is a short walk into the main attractions, and there is a tram stop right out front which will take you in or to the airport. As someone who finds public transport stressful I found it so easy. The walk is also nice for seeing different things along the way or stopping for an spritz ;)
I booked a standard room as a solo traveller & it was one of the biggest rooms I had in Italy. Would be fine for 2 people."

"Superb location! Minutes away from major attractions, so we were able to go back to the hotel multiple times during the day to freshen up and cool down in the hot temperature this August. Breakfast selection was good, room and bathroom were very spacious and clean. The receptionists there were very friendly and helpful too. We loved our stay here while in Florence."

"フィレンツェの主要観光スポットや駅まで徒歩10分ほどで、利便性は高いです。
建物の外観はクラシ カルですが、室内はリフォームされており清潔感はあります。バスタブはやや狭いですが、シャワーやお湯の出方は問題ありませんでした。
朝食は小規模ですが、センスよくまとまっており、クオリティ・品数とも満足できました。"
