"Good location hotel.About 5 minutes walk from Palazzo Vecchio.Quiet place.Hotel itself is nice decoration with stair to come to check-in.Be careful if you have heavy luggage.I like mobile charger they provided which is prepared for all type of connector.Only one bad thing for this hotel is shower room,it's too small in the middle of bathroom."

"The hotel was in an excellent location for exploring the best of Florence…just steps from the Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio and Palazzo Vecchio. Staff was wonderful, friendly and accommodated my request for an early morning airport transfer by taxi and even had a boxed breakfast to go upon checkout at 4:30 am. Rooftop bar views were magical! "

"The service at Glance hotel was outstanding. The room service was excellent and daily. The breakfast options were plentiful and substantial, being added to throughout the breakfast session. Fresh coffee of choice was available. The staff were extremely helpful. We thought the pool was lovely and enjoyed the occasional drink at the cocktail bar. "I felt that the hotel was exceptional for what it offered and the price. The staff were super helpful. We had great service. The rooms were very nice for a European hotel. Our stay came With a continental breakfast which was great. We really liked the location in Florence proper. Everything was within a 15-20 minute walk. I will stay there again when we come back to Florence."

"Very nice hotel, both centrally located and quiet. It has a wonderful rooftop terrace. The breakfast was delicious. (I can’t comment on the dinner as we didn’t eat at the hotel.) Definitely recommend!"

"โรงแรมอยู่ใกล้สถานีรถไฟมาก เหมาะสำหรับคนที่เที่ยวเมืองรอบๆที่ต้องเดินทางด้วยรถไฟ ห้องกว้าง มีอาหารเช้าให้ แต่น้ำในห้องน้ำไม่ค่อยร้อนและในห้องไม่มีกาต้มน้ำให้ แต่สามารถไปกดน้ำร้อนที่ห้องครัวชั้นล่างได้"
