Lovely staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Well worth staying here if you want a quiet place rather than the huddle and bustle of a typical Florentine city centre hotel. The views from the restaurant terrace and hotel gardens are amazing."

The only thing I wish was there were hooks in both bathrooms (especially the shower) so I could hang my towel and clothes and not have to put them on the floor or the sink.
