The experience was very good. We loved the breakfast area because it had a spectacular view. The room was comfortable; we chose one with a view and did not regret it at all. Great quality for the price.

B&B Hotel Firenze Pitti Palace saved us from a scamming hotel. They offered us last minute, same night accommodations that were beautiful and centrally located. Their staff was warm, thoughtful, helpful and we definitely felt safe there. I highly recommend them to anyone going to Florence and I’ll gladly go back when I’m there again.

The location was the best. Walkable to many places nearby. The bed could definitely have been better though, kind of dumpy. But the view from the breakfast area was nice. You could have also gotten that view from a rooftop bar somewhere else too. It was nice that they could get you a taxi at the front desk.
