"I stayed at this property with my family, we were in 5 people. The place was fair away about 20 minutes from Florence but there are plenty taxis available, if you drive a car there is also a lot spots available for parking. The property is great just needs a little be of TLC on the gardens, nice swimming pool, Claudia the property manager was fantastic, she did her best to accommodate us on every details. "We very much enjoyed staying at Villa la Stella.It s in an excellent location up on the hills with beautiful views over Florence and toucan hills and very close to the town via de bus stop located outside the hotel. A big and huge plus is that u have car park because this is a big issue/problem in Florence !! The staff were extremely helpful and arrange for us to check in after hours because we arrived very late. The service at breakfast was really nice and the guy from Honduras(we didn't ask...

"We enjoyed having 3 separate beds/rooms for us and each of our boys. The kitchen area worked well for breakfast and keeping drinks cold. The check in and Numa app worked smoothly for entering the building and room. And the bag storage and access a for the day we checked out allowed us to see a few more sights before departure. The only negative is that the a/c was not working in the main room. It was more like a fan."
