The staff are very friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The hotel has a rooftop terrace with a fantastic view of Florence and surrounding area. A fantastic experience and a place my wife and I will be returning to.

The staff were fantastic. The front of house so helpful in providing great restaurants and booking for us. Thank you so much. The restaurant and bar staff were charming and efficient. Drinks and breakfast were lovely. The pool was fantastic and relaxing after a days sightseeing with fantastic views over Florence. Our room was very clean. Absolutely gorgeous hotel. The west was great and we enjoyed our stay fully. The swimming pool is heated and water was really warm inside. Comfortable room with a beautiful balcony, comfy mattress and a great breakfast.

I switched hotels at the last minute due to 100 degree heat and wanting a pool. The rooftop pool here is worth it for the views alone. Our room was ample; the front office staff were so friendly; and my son was able to play on the grand piano in the lobby. Excellent shower!

This is a great place to come and stay in Florence. It is a nice area. The pool was the best part after a hot day of sightseeing. The breakfast was hearty and kep us going to our daily gelato break!
