"I loved that the patio was screened in, the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. The room was perfect love the double sinks in the bathroom and the kitchenette area. Everything and everyo was very welcoming."

"Not special. Front Staff not very friendly or helpful, the ladies. The older man at the bar not friendly or welcoming. Everyone should be saying hi every time you pass by them. The cleaners were really nice. The lady in the kitchen very nice. The young man at the front desk very nice. Big improvements needed by ladies front staff and bar server. "The staff was excellent and helpful. The food was delicious. The beach was maintained and cleaned daily. The resort has bikes for you to use, my husband and I used them several times to beach hop around the resort. This resort has a sister resort on Grace Bay that you are able to visit and use the beach and eat at the restaurants and buffet. Highly recommend the Blue Haven Resort!"

"The hotel is now under control of a new owner and will likely be closed for several months. The room we had was phenomenal. You could tell they had given up on keeping it nice though. Not sure what's coming next. "

"We loved our Jr. Suite; we had a great view of the ocean. The bed was very comfortable. There was a safe for our passports. We enjoyed spending time on the screened patio. The microwave, mini-fridge and bar sink was a great convenience. The dishes, glasses and silverware were an added bonus! My husband was able to make use of the fitness facility. I was able to relax in the hammock. We spent time on the beach and the various pools around the resort. Our group had dinner on-site at Hemingways ...
