The resort was so relaxed and the staff so friendly, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a low key place to stay. And the ability to use their sister hotel on Grace Bay Beach gives you the best of both worlds!

Staff was friendly and the public and community areas were will kept. I’m wasn’t in love with my room. The the floor(2nd) and location above the kitchen and exhaust system. In room there was a noise that start the second night sound like it was coming from behind the electrical outlets. Enormous beautiful Jacuzzi tub but didn’t use it due to the the rust and grime in the jets same with dishwasher.

Blue Haven resort is the smaller of the two sister resorts and we loved that. Most of staff is very friendly and engaging. The beach area and water sports were exactly what we wanted. There was plenty of activities to choose from and the excursions were pretty reasonable. Food was plenty!! We would definitely go back!

Loved this resort- great for honeymoon!

Had a great time staying at blue haven for our honeymoon! 10/10 recommend staying here because you get all inclusive access to both the Alexandra and blue haven! All of the food is amazing! I do wish there was more entertainment at night- was more of a quiet resort! Staff was amazing and drinks were fantastic! Would definitely come back!

Loved everything about this resort. The room (Suite/balcony pool/ocean view) The Food. The transportation. The Staff. I can’t say enough about this place. Really not one to make a review but this resort deserves it. I stayed a week, no children were here, except the pregnant women. lol. The Pay One, Play at Two is well worth it. Never running out of things to do or out of foods to eat. Different restaurant every night. If you want a little livelier experience the sister resort at the Alexandria is where the action will be. You have your children playing pool food and everything else to enjoy which a free shuttle is provided to get you to and from each resort free of charge every 30 minutes I believe, but this was truly an experience one I will surely revisit. Before I forget the alcohol drinks you will not have to drink too many because they are strong as heck what I loved. Take plenty of cash because although this is an all inclusive hotel, you will be very tempted to tip every person you encounter because they are truly exceptional. And although everyone speaks English, which was really a first time for me because I’m usually visiting resorts where I have a hard time translating no problem here and whatever language you speak I’m sure they’ll be able to help you out

This is a small and quiet resort located in a residential area. The staff is helpful and always greets you with a smile. Pedro and the pool bar staff went above and beyond to make sure that our drinks were always full and that we were happy and comfortable. We enjoyed our 5 days there and are already talking about going back.

We stayed here for our daughter’s graduation trip. The facilities and staff were very nice. The food at the outdoor grill bar is amazing for lunch. It is a small resort so it never felt crowded at all and we thought the grounds and beach were beautiful.

We had a little issue with no water pressure or hot water in one of our bathrooms, after four days they were able to fix it. Once Sheneka at the front desk found out, she took care of us. Smiley and Natalie, poolside was fantastic. Tange at tours was very helpful. The hotel beach and water was beautiful.

All the staff were amazing and nice! The resort was cleanly and beautiful. I believe we should have been reimbursed some money because we were not able to enjoy the sister property, The Alexandra, because it was closed.
