"Our room was on the beach with a view of the beach. We were 20 feet from the beach. Room was very clean. Meals were excellent amazingly consistent. Drinks were great. I loved the spa. Staff was helpful and friendly."

"We had a very nice stay at this property. Once the staff knew it was our honeymoon they gave us a room upgrade with a gorgeous ocean view at check in. The property is beautifully landscaped and sits on a prime stretch of beach on Grace Bay. The staff was very friendly and all the food we consumed, both the breakfast buffet and dinner at their Italian restaurant were quite nicely done."

"Perfect for families with small children. They have a small kids pool right next to the larger pool right by the beach making it easy to bounce back and forth. There is no breakfast included and the small shop closes at 5 pm making it difficult to get things like bottled water and supplies for the next morning if your arrival is late. "

"Impeccable hotel. The beach is amazing and shallow which is perfect for kids. The architecture and rooms are so beautiful and luxurious. The pool and cabanas are awesome. Such a beautiful resort. Can’t say enough good things about it. The food was pricey however. "

"Clean, basic room. 5 minute walk to the beach and they have umbrellas and chairs which was convenient. Also have bikes you can borrow which we did. Balcony is nice to have and you’re right outside the main street for food. Groceries ten minute walk away "

"This hotel is rated 3 stars, I'll give it 2 stars just because of its location. If it wasn't for the location I would give it 1 star. The location is great! Beach is basically across the street, we didn't use the beach shuttle they provide because its walking distance. and theres a plaza in front of the hotel that has restaurants and shops. The free breakfast included is terrible!! Watery scrambled eggs, stale bread and croissants. The pool was nice and the pool furniture too, but the jacuzzi...

"This place truly lives up to its outstanding reputation. Every part of our stay exceeded expectations. The rooms were incredibly spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff went out of their way to be warm, friendly, and accommodating, which made the experience even better. The entire property was beautifully maintained and felt pristine. Having two restaurants on site was a huge plus and both served excellent food. The beach was easy to reach, just a short 2–3 minute walk or golf cart...

"Clean room, hard working staff, great location right off the beach. Plenty of parking. My kids loved having a room that walked out onto the pool. We walked to the Bay Bistro for an easy breakfast, and Hemingways at the Sands was an easy walk for dinner. Not far from SaltMills plaza either. We will be back! Thanks for a great stay!"
