"Donna the Manager is amazing. She was professional knowledgeable and kind. She shared some delicious fruits with us. The breach front room was amazing. The landscaper guy was so sweet. In the mornings he knocked on our door and shared coconuts with us. We enjoyed the coconut water. The rest of the staff including restaurant was also outstanding!"

"Everything about Ellipse was amazing! I wish I had more time! The property and room was absolutely pristine!!! Cleanest room I have ever had. And the decor was everything. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed from the moment I arrived. My room was even ready and they allowed me to check in before 12. Cutest market and shop Caribbean outpost there on the property. Can’t wait to return!"

"Our lodging expectations were exceeded. Spacious, clean suite with ocean and pool views. Kitchen with all necessary appliances and as a bonus there was a washer and dryer in suite. All staff members courteous and attentive and provided excellent information regarding off site activities. Resort was very quiet and offered a relaxing atmosphere. "I stayed at this villa to celebrate my birthday, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The hosts were amazing so welcoming, attentive, and kind. I will definitely be booking again. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, but the bathroom was my favorite part. It was large, beautifully designed, and aesthetically pleasing. Everything about the stay was lovely, and I truly loved every moment. I can’t wait to book again!"

"The unit was clean and well equipped. It does need to have blackout curtains. The sun rises early and you will be woke up early, early first thing in the morning. When staying here you will need to have a rental car- but driving almost anywhere on the island only takes 30 minutes."

"What an absolutely perfect spot. From the moment we entered the property we were in paradise. The staff is so friendly, warm, and welcoming. The rooms are immaculate and beautiful. The view cannot be beat. Being on the reef, if you get close to it you can see all the beautiful fish without even using snorkeling gear, which of course is provided for a truly nominal cost. "Worse hotel to stay at. It’s more a timeshare than a hotel. No elevators to get to your room. You have to walk up 10 flights of stairs. Poor customer service. Waited 3 hours after check in for out room to be ready because the air conditioning wasn’t working. Nobody to help with your luggage so you have to carry all your luggage up 10 flights of stairs in a zig zag path. One restaurant that closes early and only have 3 options and are over priced. Staff is unprofessional. My mother has a...

I am first embarrassed and discussed with Expedia for repping this dump. I also will be looking for a "store credit" from Expedia as I knew i would not be getting my money back from Grace Bay Suites.
