"Clean rooms"

"This property is beautiful. The pool is crystal clear, the staff was incredibly friendly and whatever detergent they use smelled fresh and clean thought the whole unit. And the bartender DeShawn (sp?) is 5 stars! The best freshly made drinks the whole vacation. My husband won't shut up about the margarita lol. Would absolutely go back!"

"The resort is an older resort with classic island charm. The property and amenities make up for the dated furniture in the units. The resort is perfect for a relaxed stay and easily accessible to all other resorts and restaurants via the shuttle or taxi. I will be coming back for a longer stay. The beach is priceless!"

"I stayed at this villa to celebrate my birthday, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The hosts were amazing so welcoming, attentive, and kind. I will definitely be booking again. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, but the bathroom was my favorite part. It was large, beautifully designed, and aesthetically pleasing. Everything about the stay was lovely, and I truly loved every moment. I can’t wait to book again!"

"Self free parking is available at the property. The staff is not friendly at all. We had no room service for 5 days at all. We didn't need anything so it was ok for us, but if you are a family with kids and need anything its hard, the staff is not friendly at all. The property is good, well maintained and was clean as well. "

"we had a very nice suite and it was clean. however at times there was a sulfur smell in the kitchen area. some of the appliances needed directions like the coffee pot! the towels were clean but not soft. there were plenty of lounge chairs. the beach was nice but small."

"The unit was clean and well equipped. It does need to have blackout curtains. The sun rises early and you will be woke up early, early first thing in the morning. When staying here you will need to have a rental car- but driving almost anywhere on the island only takes 30 minutes."

"The internet was as fast as it needed to be. The parking lot was spacious. There was no TV in the bedroom which we thought was odd. There was only a couch to sit on in the living area other than the dining set. The kitchen was adequately stocked with utensils. The bathroom needed more light. Brenda was an amazing host. She was so pleasant and welcoming. "

"Stunning location right on Grace Bay. Steps from the beach and hotel also has a fantastic restaurant on-site. Rooms are basic but clean and you can't beat the location. "

"I was worried about our stay having read previous travelers reviews - but my whole family loved our stay at windsong. The property was in great shape, clean and tidy. Lots of towels on the loungers well before we were up. Plenty of room for everyone to get a great seat on the beach or by the pools. The staff were very friendly and kind - shout out to Travis! The food was fine, breakfast was great and worth the money and we did several lunches and one dinner. Expect all food to be expensive no...
