"Beautiful resort, enjoyed my stay. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Made my stay pleasant. The beach was amazing, beach chairs were clean and set up everyday perfectly with umbrellas. Improvement can be made on the gym. The fitness center was disappointing. They do give you access to there sister resort to use the gym which is a much better facility. Would be nice to have a fitness center here at the Alexandra as good as its sister resort. All in all I would stay here again."

"We absolutely loved Ocean Club East. The whole ambience of the garden feel and being right on the beach was more than this first timer to TCI could ask for. Our room was gorgeous, with the high peak ceilings and cute balcony. It was a garden view, with a slight over looking into the parking lot but we were ok with it. Some cons: the mattress was as hard as a rock. It made sleeping very uncomfortable. The bathroom in our room was small, you couldn’t use the sink/mirror if the door was open...

"I was very impressed with the accommodations, having a microwave and refrigerator plus all the kitchen utensils was so helpful. Didn’t expect but totally appreciated having an in room washer/dryer as well. I didn’t realize how much that comes in handy! So much convenience for the money. Read previous reviews and was worried that the room would be dated but everything was beautifully updated and clean. Like others have said the construction next door at the St Regis is an issue but not as bad as...

"Enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff was extremely helpful front desk(Cherry and Mario) and cleaning staff. 3 restaurants right on-site and not far from beaches about 3 minutes walking. Hotel offers beach shuttle, umbrellas and chairs,other beautiful beaches 15 minutes by car."
