"What a wonderful gem in the remote and beautiful Torres del Paine in Chilean Patagonia region. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. The spa was outstanding. The rooms are large and comfortable. The food is excellent. I have no complaints or notes for the property. Keep up the great work! "

"The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. The Italian restaurant served delicious food. The menu had quite a variety of different foods. The terrace and pool area was also very pleasant with staff that was friendly. They went out of their way to make you feel at home. "

"This property is beautiful. The view of the city from a high room was wonderful. We had a one bedroom suite and the staff was kind enough to bring two single beds for our children. The breakfast buffet was beautiful but it lacked variety and taste. The lounge was spectacular and all the food and drinks provided were excellent. The pool area was very nice and great with the kids. Definitely worth staying here. It’s close to the airport and two blocks away is a massive mall. "

"The staff was great! We had a problem with our room, and they took initiative to move us to another to make us comfortable. The only warning I have is that this hotel is right next to OLD Lima Airport. NEW Lima Airport is open - and that hotel is the Wyndham GRAND Sol Vista - different than this one. It is confusing. "
