"We traveled with other family, so we had two rooms. Check in was very rough. Once we finally found the correct building and desk, the two people at check-in were quite rude. When we got to the rooms, one of the room was lovely, lots of nice amenities. The other room had no amenities (no shampoo, conditioner, robes, etc); it also had a broken shower. "Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in dem gemütlichen Pod von Ken und Gill. Im Pod hat es an nichts gefehlt und die kleine Hütte ist von innen deutlich geräumiger, als man es von außen erwarten würde. Auch ist hier alles wirklich gut durchdacht und mit Liebe eingerichtet, was man überall spürt.
Ganz besonders macht diesen Ort aber die Herzlichkeit der beiden Inhaber und das fantastische Frühstück von Gill. Schon alleine deswegen müssen wir noch einmal wiederkommen :-)

"We loved our stay here. The location was convenient; the room was clean and comfortable; breakfast was tasty; and most of all, the hosts were amazingly hospitable. Due to our original flight being canceled, we checked in later in the day than we anticipated, and the host was gracious and understanding. We also forgot to bring a power converter (we traveled from the U.S.), and the hosts let us borrow theirs until we were able to buy one locally. We would definitely recommend staying here."

"Slightly dated hotel and rooms. The pool area with slides was the highlight of our trip. The price of the breakfast at £25 pp seemed stiff for the quality of the food."

"Had a brilliant time with my husband and absolutely loved seeing the newly renovated Crieff Hydro, it’s absolutely beautiful. We were there child-free celebrating our 10-year anniversary, so it felt extra special.
The meals and breakfasts were outstanding and really made the stay even more enjoyable.
Our only frustrating moment was when we tried to have a drink in the adult bar. Unfortunately, there appeared to be only one member of staff on. We sat down for around 15 minutes without any...

"For a 4 star hotel this was appalling. During our 3 night stay we didn’t see one member of hotel staff. No reception (self checkin & out) room was dirty I had to clean the toilet when we arrived and the cups but there was no one to tell. Rang reception several times no one picks up. Went down whole area in darkness. You would have thought the hotel was closed. Dinning room closed breakfast in attached bistro, thank goodness this was lovely. "
