"Alison and Hugh are superb hosts and went out of their way to make us feel át home'in their beautiful house in Lossiemouth. Further, they were both so helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed Hugh's cooking! We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more. The house itself is ideally located only 2 minutes to nearby restaurants, coffee and the idyllic beach. We would highly recommend Lossiemouth House to future guests and look forward to staying again soon! "

"Absolutely magnificent property and owner! Wonderful breakfast and the town is so lovely, so many things to do and near to everything in the Highlands (whiskey, gin tours, hiking)! Definitely stay here!"

"Sunny Brae B&B was absolutely charming. The staff was very welcoming, helpful with knowledgeable advice on local sites, attentive to our lodging needs, and the breakfasts were wonderful. The central beachfront location could not have been better for relaxing seaside town holiday. "

"We had an enjoyable stay at the property, there were a few little issues but nothing to put us off coming back. The cold water tap in the bath didn’t work so had to use cold water from the sink to put in a bath, the rubber edging round the oven door had come off and was loose in the oven, some of the equipment /trays for the oven also weren’t the right size to be able to cook on. The property is slightly dated and could do with a little bit of TLC. Overall though and enjoyable stay "
