We loved our stay here. The location was convenient; the room was clean and comfortable; breakfast was tasty; and most of all, the hosts were amazingly hospitable. Due to our original flight being canceled, we checked in later in the day than we anticipated, and the host was gracious and understanding. We also forgot to bring a power converter (we traveled from the U.S.), and the hosts let us borrow theirs until we were able to buy one locally. We would definitely recommend staying here.

The Park Guest House was easy to get to and had plenty of guest parking. Our room was clean, cosy and comfortable and was just what we needed. Breakfast was very good and service was very efficient. We would recommend staying here and would stay again.

Warm welcome. Good night's sleep on a comfortable bed. Breakfast was well presented and hot - we hate cold food. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

Really nice hotel clean quiet has a lift for disability chairs to get in property staff were really nice and pleasant. My only criticism wold be the size of the roonfor the price i was in room6 and i found it a bit smaii for the £109 per night but aprt from that i couldn't fault it.

The Park

Very comfortable short stay at The Park for winter hiking in the region. Bedroom clean and well appointed, good bed and pillows and a decent bathroom - only negative being slightly low shower water pressure, but not a big issue. Excellent Scottish breakfast with friendly and attentive service. Would recommend as straightforward and comfy accommodation for a short break in Aviemore.

Great experience!

Immaculate, spacious room with a really comfy bed. Bathroom spotless with good size shower cubicle. The breakfast experience was top rate in both service and quality of food. The pre-ordered dishes arrived promptly as ordered and there's plenty of choices. The ability to order a packed lunch for walking or in our case an early departure for a train is brilliant. Great location in Aviemore, close to the main stretch (5 minutes from the station) and close to a couple of very nice pubs and restaurants.

The guesthouses decor and its facilitles are stunning, modern layout and has everything you need. Our room in the Park Guest house was very clean and comfortable, Breakfast was excellent as well. Good food and plenty of it. The owner was very helpful and couldn’t do enough to make your stay a pleasant one. Will be back sometime in the near future.

Simply the Best !

We can confirm all the positive comments on here are well deserved. Erik and Emma run a fantastic guesthouse, where you are made feel welcome, the rooms are spotless, and the breakfasts with a lovely choice are also top class.The guesthouse is close to the town center, and train station. Our six day stay was 5 star from start to finish, and would certainly recommend.
